Making time

Items are made to order so they will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks for silver and gold plated items. For gold items and commissions the making times can take a little longer; 6-12 weeks so please get in contact if you have a deadline as I will try to deliver sooner.

Returns

I do accept cancelations but please do notify me ASAP.

I do not accept returns however do except exchanges on some stock items as long as the piece is in good condition and has not been worn or damaged.

Please notify me within 14 days of purchase to exchange items.

I do not accept returns or exchanges on bespoke commission pieces.

I do accept returns and refunds on faulty or damaged items, if they have arrived with you unsatisfactory. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will try my best to rectify it. 

Postage UK

Items under £200 will be charged a £5 delivery fee, using a Royal Mail Signed for delivery service which should arrive 3-5 working days.

All items over £200 will be posted out Royal Mail Special delivery which should arrive before 1pm the following day.
